Room reservations are on an individual basis and need to be made directly with The Inn of the Union League by phoning 215-587-5570, or with your hotel of choice. CDMA has secured a limited number of rooms at The Inn at special rate of $189.00 / night (Single/Double) plus 7% sales tax. There is no occupancy tax. A few suites at $219 plus 7% are available. Room block will be released April 21, 2008. (The Union League will reserve a room, if available, after that date.) Special Rates honored as long as rooms are available.
Since Philadelphia is a business destination city, you may have a favorite hotel or wish to use various on-line sources for your hotel needs. CDMA does not have any special arrangements with any hotels, other than The Inn at the Union League.
Ground Transportation Information
The Union League is conveniently located in the heart of Philadelphia, with easy access by car from the region, or by public transportation or taxi ($26 flat rate approximately) from the Philadelphia International Airport. If you prefer to rent a car to drive to Philadelphia or rent a car while in Philadelphia, a reservation can be made by calling Avis at (800) 331-1600. For further details on the Union League:

Dress Code
Suit and tie attire expected for the Award Reception and Dinner. For other meeting sessions, The Union League allows business casual dress on all floors. Business casual is defined as a collar shirt and slacks for men and appropriate attire for women. Turtleneck and mock turtleneck shirts may be worn when accompanied by a suit jacket or sport coat. Jeans, denim wear, athletic attire, tee shirts, shorts, baseball caps, sneakers, or tattered clothes are NOT permitted in the public rooms located on the first and second floors of the Clubhouse. When entering or departing the building in attire not in accordance with Union League Dress Code, you are asked to use the Inn entrance on the ground level at 1450 Sansom Street.
Other Meeting Information
Once you have registered for the meeting, an email confirmation of your registration will be sent to you within 7-10 business days. If you would like to be included in the printed program booklet (distributed onsite in Philadelphia), please register by May 16, 2008.
Meeting Cancellation/Refund Policy
All meeting refunds and cancellation requests MUST be made in writing. A $50 processing fee will be deducted for all refund requests. 100% refund will be honored on or before Monday, April 28, 2008. 50% refund from Tuesday April 29 through Tuesday May 6, 2008. No refunds after Tuesday, May 6, 2008.
Substitutions are always welcome.
